In 2020 Siege added one of its most popular scopes the 1.5. The comunity loved and hated the scope because of its vast versitility with a slightly magnified scope for longer ranged gun fights and ability to be used close ranged.

on march 12 2024 in operation deadly omen the influention 1.5 scope was removed becasue as the devs say it was all reward and no harm. In this era Deimos was released.Â

2026: Modern SiegeÂ
In the modern siege we have 78 operators no 2.5 scope on defense and an upcoming rework to one of the games most popular operators Dokkaebi. In this latest update they have an crossover with metal gear solid and added solid snake to their game.
MECHANICS

One of sieges biggest mechanics is the leanings this mechanic allows for many peaks and is essential for new players to learn.
Recoil
There are many attachtments in siege that can change the recoil of guns. These attachtments include Vertical Grip, Horizontal Grip, Angled Grip, Flash Hider, Compisator, Muzzle Break, Suppreasor, and Extended Barrel.
Roster
Siege has an opperator pool of 78 opperators that are split between defense and offense. The player have bans each round that each side has 2 bans a side with each side swapping once when not in overtime.
Maps
Theres roughly 16 ranked maps in siege that you and the oponents bans two of the randomly chosen maps.
Anti Cheat
This game uses battle eye which the community does not find good. Ubisoft does have a anti cheat for people using xim which is called mouse trap which lock messes upe thir sensitivity.
